LENS · live session Listening

Coaches you while you talk

Not a chatbot. A quiet co-pilot locked to your side of the argument.

Instant rebuttals

The second your opponent finishes, you get one or two sentences you can say out loud — no scrolling, no reading a wall of text.

!

Spots the trap early

Flags burden-shifting, false dilemmas and moving goalposts as they happen, so you answer the real argument instead of the bait.

Live fact-check

Checks the claim against the web in the background — and still keeps you defending your position when a fact is technically true.

A

Always on your side

Side-locked advocacy: it never tells you to concede. It finds the strongest defensible read of whatever you're arguing.

One topic, locked in

You state the resolution and your side before you start, so Lens never drifts or answers the wrong debate. New topic? One click resets it clean.

It learns how you argue

As Lens hears you debate — plus your sparring sessions and the questions you answer — it adapts to the arguments and framings you actually find persuasive. Every tier does this. You can switch personalisation off in Settings at any time and answers go back to generic.

Built for the moment

~60ms to a first draft. Research runs separately so nothing ever slows down the thing you say next.

Built for the speed of a real argument

Research runs in the background so the thing you say next is never waiting on the internet.

Every plan gets the same live coach and the same fact-checking — about two seconds to an answer, with real sources behind it. What Vector buys is room to use it.

Most people don't lose arguments because they're wrong. They lose because the right sentence arrives ten minutes late — in the car, in the shower, at 2am. Lens exists to close that gap.

Why we built it

Every other AI tool assumes you can stop and type. A live argument gives you no such pause. So we built for the one constraint that actually matters — the four seconds after your opponent stops talking.

What we won't do

Lens is locked to your side, but never to a lie. It will not invent a statistic, a source, or a fallacy to hand you a win. If the other person is simply right, it tells you — and finds you the strongest honest angle instead.

Where it's going

The long game isn't faster answers, it's memory: a coach that knows how you argue, how your opponents argue, and what beat you last time. Every debate you run makes the next one sharper.

Questions, answered

How does Lens know who's talking?
Read one short passage out loud when the room opens — about nine seconds — and Lens learns which voice is yours. After that it labels every turn on its own while you argue. If two voices sound alike it stops guessing and works out who said what from the argument itself. You can always hold Q to override, tap any line to fix it, or skip the voice check entirely and use Q the whole way. Needs Chrome, Edge or Firefox — Safari won't let apps turn off its microphone processing, which voice separation depends on.
Does Lens store my voice?
No. There's no voiceprint, no biometric template, and no model of how you sound. The match is a single number held in your browser for that debate and it's gone when you close the tab — which is why the check runs once per debate rather than being saved. Audio is transcribed and discarded; nothing is kept.
Will it make things up to win?
No. Vector is side-locked to you, but honesty-locked too — it never invents statistics, sources, or fallacies. If your opponent is simply right, the fact-check says so and Vector finds you the strongest honest angle instead.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — the debate room is built like an app: bottom tabs, big controls, one hand. Keep the screen on while listening; browsers pause microphones in background tabs.
What's opponent intel?
Paste a YouTube video or channel (or a TikTok/Instagram link) and Vector reads the transcripts, researches the person, and builds a dossier — their positions, style, likely arguments, and real quotes.
Is my audio stored?
No. Audio is transcribed and discarded. Your debates are saved as text to your account so they follow you across devices, and you can delete them anytime.
What do the tiers actually change?
The coaching is identical on both paid plans, and so is the fact-checking — same model, same two-second answers, same sources. Nobody pays for speed or for better evidence. Cora is the whole product: live rebuttals, fact-checking, opponent dossiers, drills and growth tracking. Vector is that same product with room to live in it — 2,500 rebuttals a month instead of 600, unlimited opponent intel, and Claude Opus 5 reading your debates back to you afterwards. If you debate on camera most days, that's what you're buying.
