By using LensByNEAR you agree to what follows. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

What this is

LensByNEAR listens to a conversation you are part of, transcribes it, and suggests what you might say. It is a tool for your own thinking. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Recording other people

You are responsible for using this lawfully. Recording and transcription laws differ by country and state, and some require the consent of everyone present. You must have the right to capture any conversation you use this in. We do not store the audio, but that does not make the recording lawful on your behalf.

Accuracy

The coach can be wrong. It is instructed never to invent statistics, sources, or fallacies, and to tell you plainly when the other person is right — but AI output still needs your judgement before you say it out loud. Fact-checks are a starting point, not a verdict.

Your account

One account, one person. An account may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session. Don't share credentials, resell access, or try to bypass plan limits.

Plans, limits and billing

• Free includes 20 live rebuttals per day. Paid plans include a monthly allowance stated on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate for the current period.
• Promotional discounts are limited to one per account and cannot be combined or repeatedly claimed.

Refunds

If the product didn't work for you, email support@getnear.app within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. We'd rather refund you than argue.

Acceptable use

Don't use LensByNEAR to harass anyone, to impersonate a person, to generate deliberate misinformation, or in any setting where recording is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
